Replacement Policy
We take great care in inspecting every order before it leaves our warehouse. However, if your product arrives in an unexpected condition, we're here to help.
If you receive a product that falls under any of the conditions listed below, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can review your request and assist you accordingly.
When a Replacement Can Be Requested
You may request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery if:

The product is damaged, leaking, tampered with, or broken

You have received the wrong product

The product is past its expiration date
When a Replacement Cannot Be Processed
Unfortunately, we will not be able to process a replacement request if:

The product has been opened, used, or altered

The original packaging (including cartons, labels, etc.) is missing

The replacement request is raised more than 48 hours after delivery

The product is being replaced for reasons other than manufacturing defects
How the Replacement Process Works

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Once we receive your request, our team will review and investigate it within 2 working days.

Please do not discard or dispose of the product while the review is in progress.

If, based on our examination, the product is found to be damaged and beyond use, we will ask you to discard it and arrange a replacement accordingly.

In locations where our reverse pickup service is unavailable, you may be required to self-ship the product through a reliable courier partner. The courier charges will be reimbursed.

Once the product is received, we will verify it against the claim and proceed with the replacement or refund, as applicable.
