We strive to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review the details below.

When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds may be processed under the following circumstances:

  • The product you ordered is out of stock with us.*
  • The shipping address is not serviceable by our delivery network.*
  • Your request complies with our Returns Policy.
  • The returned product is found to be in good condition and has not been tampered with.
  • You have been charged twice for the same order placed using the same mobile number.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please note:

  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellation requests can be made before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp: 6202923746

For successfully cancelled Prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment, and the amount should reflect in your account within 5–7 working days.

Returns & Replacement Charges

There are no processing fees for returns or replacements.

However, if you choose to replace your product with another product of a higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference.

Refund Process

For Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds will be credited to the same account or payment method used to place the order.
  • Once we receive the returned product and complete the verification process, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided while placing the return request.
  • Once we receive the returned product and complete the verification process, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Refund?

After your refund request has been approved and processed, the amount will be transferred within 5–7 working days.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Replacement Product?

Once your replacement request has been approved, we will dispatch the replacement product within 3–5 working days.
