Refund & Return Policy
At Glemey, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right – quickly and fairly. Please read through this policy so you know exactly what to expect.
Refund Eligibility Window
All refund requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for processing. We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.
What Qualifies for a Refund

What Does Not Qualify for a Refund
We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations (e.g., fragrance preference, cleaning intensity)
• Minor wear or scuffing on outer packaging when product is intact
• Requests raised after the 14-day window
• Claims without required evidence (photos/videos as specified)

How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery via the Contact Us page
- Provide your Order ID and issue details
- Attach required photos or videos (unboxing video strongly recommended)
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
⚠️ Tip: Recording an unboxing video helps ensure faster resolution.
Refund Processing
Once approved:
• Prepaid orders: Refund credited within 7–10 business days to original payment method
• COD orders: Refund processed via UPI (details required)
• Confirmation will be shared once refund is initiated
• Refunds cannot be processed while order is in transit
• If return shipping is required, customer bears shipping cost and refund is issued after product is received
Please note bank processing times may vary. If not received within 10 business days after confirmation, contact us for assistance.
Replacements
In some cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund. Replacements depend on stock availability and are shipped within 3–5 business days after approval. If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
